About the Role
kea is hiring our first designer to join our team to build enterprise software. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the human experience of our platform, as well as for building a design organization that can scale with us. Some of the products you’ll be working with include an enterprise portal for restaurant owners to interact with their AI, a platform for integrating with our customer’s backend ordering systems, and the conversational flow of the AI itself.
We work with a variety of users, from callers to human agents to restaurant owners and operators, and you’ll be crafting the design from each of their perspectives. There’s a large ecosystem of products to build, and almost all of the work will be 0 → 1. There are tens of thousands of restaurants out there that need kea, and we’re building for them.
